All DVDs now claimed so please stop emailing - it took 1hour 23minutes; not sure if that is good or bad but at least I know someone is reading !!!

"not sure if that is good or bad" - I would say it is very good.
Do you have analytical software to see where your visitors are coming from, how long they stay and how many visitors there are ? If you do not know whether it is good or bad I suspect you do not but you could get some good ideas about how to improve your visitor numbers even further by seeing current stats.

I find Google Analytics useful - just a bit of code to add to each page of your site. It's quite useful for looking at trends as well. Does anyone else use Google Analytics and any views on it?

Yes I have this on my website but not on my Blog - all sounds quite technical to me - but thanks for the feedback and I will look into it!

Oh great, I disappear for a few weeks and I miss Christmas...bugger!
Google analytics is good, but doesnt track a lot of what you need.
The best option is to have your blog run on your own webspace so that you can use your web stats to follow everything. It's quite amazing what you can learn if you examine your webstats once a month. (Those that don't do it should look at their webstats now)
Another option is to use a paid for blogger like Typepad which will give you better stats and more control.
Rachel, I have decided to have another go in the new year. Could you email me details of your mentoring service. Any help is always welcome.
